In celebration of the holiday of Tu B'Shevat (birthday of the trees), think about ways to be kind to the earth and reuse materials around you. See examples of works in the Jewish Museum collection that include a playful mix of objects such as light bulbs, metal cans, stones, wood blocks, and more. Design a unique character out of everyday materials and transform these objects into something new.
Explore new themes twice a month in these drop-in art workshops. Paint, draw, sculpt, or craft a work of art inspired by exhibitions on view.
Free with Museum Admission; children 18 and under are free.
This is a drop-in program and no registration is required.
