In this workshop for kids and families, create a mixed media book that tells a story about what makes your family unique. Draw a special experience or memory together on multiple pages of a folded accordion style book. Collage and arrange newspaper, maps, acetate, fabric, and textured paper to craft this one-of-a-kind family storybook. Be inspired by collection artist Maira Kalman for your creation.
Explore new themes in these drop-in art workshops. Paint, draw, sculpt, or craft a work of art inspired by exhibitions on view.
