Middle and high school students are invited to view award-winning documentaries that examine current social issues such as representation and identity, immigration, and civil rights followed by Q&A sessions with filmmakers.
Teens
3:15 – 4:15 PM
This six-week program for preschoolers and their families explores how music and art playfully intertwine. Each class will embark on a thematic musical tour of the Jewish Museum’s galleries in partnership with The Diller-Quaile School of Music followed by an art-making experience. Each class is led by both a museum and a music educator incorporating song, movement, and hands-on activities.

7 – 8 PM
Authors Jonathan Rosen and Rachel Aviv engage in a conversation about mental illness and crime in today's culture, exploring how the facts can be distorted through observation and spectacle, and how mental illness and crime can affect the Jewish community specifically and differently than other communities.
