Visitors ages 8-14 who are blind or have low vision are invited to explore the Museum’s galleries through discussion and multisensory activities, then create an original artwork.
1 – 4 PM
Create a watercolor painting of a favorite building or one from your imagination inspired by artwork on view.
1 – 5 PM
In this afternoon painting workshop taught by artist Jaqueline Cedar, combine abstract and figurative methods of telling a story in acrylic paint on canvas inspired by work on view in the exhibition Edith Halpert and the Rise of American Art.
